Before any date is selected, the process confirms clinical fit, safety, licensing location, and the format that makes sense for both partners.

If the intensive is a fit, you will receive the scheduling and intake steps needed to prepare for the work.
Payment Policy
Private-pay care, with the policies stated up front.
Insurance cannot be used to pay for intensives because they are not an insurance-covered service. Superbills are not provided, and clients sign an opt-out form agreeing not to submit receipts to insurance for reimbursement.
All intensives require a $500 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is paid one week before the intensive. Intensives may be rescheduled up to 14 days prior. Clients who cancel within 7 days are charged the full amount.
In-person prices start at $4,800. Lodging, meals, travel, and optional private meeting room costs are not included, and seasonal hotel pricing may affect the total fee.
CareCredit financing is available for eligible clients. Ask about this option during your free consultation.
