When a relationship pattern keeps taking over, a focused intensive creates protected clinical time to understand what is happening, slow reactions down, and practice a different response together.
Free 15-minute fit consultation. We will consider whether one day, two days, virtual, or in-person makes the most clinical sense.

Three Ways to Work
Each intensive is private, trauma-informed couples therapy. The formats differ in scope, continuity, and setting.

The one-day virtual intensive gives a couple focused time to work directly with a specific pattern or goal. Its structure is designed around focused work within one protected day.
It may fit when the work has a clear center and a focused structure is clinically appropriate.
Two Days = Depth
The two-day virtual intensive may fit couples whose concerns are longstanding, trauma-affected, layered, or involve multiple interconnected goals. The added time creates more continuity to return carefully to important moments.
The format does not promise a particular outcome. It creates more protected time for clinically appropriate work and practical next steps.
Beachfront = Focused Work Away
The two-day beachfront intensive is available as a premium in-person option for couples who prefer to step away from their normal environment. It remains private, structured clinical work, not a retreat, seminar, workshop, or romantic getaway package.

Intensives are screened before scheduling. Active or recent violence, coercive control, intimidation, threats, severe instability, untreated addiction, or a situation where either partner cannot speak freely are not appropriate for couples intensive work.
Pacing, breaks, grounding, regulation, and clinical judgment are part of the process. Difficult moments can slow down or pause when needed.
